Dave Hentrich

Dave, otherwise known as “Pops,” is passionate about helping young men succeed in life, whether that is through coaching basketball, raising up young musicians, or training men to be disciplemakers in their home and circle of influence. He is one of the most disciplined men on the planet and is known for the quote, "If it was easy, everyone would do it." He is a master at asking good questions and helping people succeed.
Pops is married to Liz and they have three adult children with an expanding family of in-laws. Dave enjoys golfing and more golfing. His dream job is to work on a golf course. He has been serving the local church for years by using his gifts of administration and music.
Joe Delagrave

A keynote speaker, coach, and 2x Paralympic medalist in wheelchair rugby, Joe Delagrave loves to share his story of resilience. His journey took him from being a college football player to fighting through a devastating accident to finding his passion as a professional wheelchair rugby player to eventually finding his purpose as a speaker and coach.
Joe grew up in a home that was centered on faith, and he needed that faith to get through the devastation of paralysis. Through faith, a strong inner circle, and discipline, Joe has not let paralysis stop him from finding his purpose in life! When speaking to audiences, Joe has the honor of sharing how God had a plan and a purpose all along with his paralysis. He uses heart-gripping stories, humor, and authenticity to captivate his audiences and help them see they can choose to have permanent victory!
Joe has been the Head Coach of USA Wheelchair Rugby for two years, as well as being an athlete for 13 years on the USAWR National Team, eight years as a captain, the only player to win player of the year twice in the USWRA, 2x World Championship All-Tournament team, and a myriad of club tournament awards. Way more important than any of the accolades are his wife, April, and three kids, Braxton, Brayden, and Brynley! Joe and his family reside in the Caribbean Island of Holmen, WI.
Brian schley

Brian joined Faith Church in Manitowoc in 2016 as Youth Pastor and now serves as Associate Pastor, following a fulfilling 9-year career as a middle school counselor. At Plethos Global, Brian serves on the board and as a coach, helping equip pastors for disciplemaking. He also co-hosts the Stand Up Radio Ministry and is the author of Centering Our Home on Jesus: Seven Principles for Parenting from Jairus’ Faith in Jesus. Brian and his wife, Tiffani, have been married since 2007 and are blessed with five daughters who inspire his ministry.

Rich is an author, artist, musician, and life coach at Creativista Coaching. He spends much of his time partnering with creatives to connect the dots between life, faith, and creative pursuits. Brooke is a talented artist and administrative professional serving multiple businesses.
