Shipping Information
We are super excited for your support of Plethos Global and would like to issue you an enormous Thank You! All proceeds go towards our mission to make disciples who make disciples.
At this moment you might be wondering what is happening to your order and when and how you will receive it. All orders are processed, packaged and will ship on Friday. (In an attempt to protect the healthy and safety of our staff and community we will make one trip a week to the posts office, on Fridays). Since we allow a 12 hour window of opportunity to cancel your order if you place your order on a Thursday or Friday, your order will ship that following Friday. We send everything via USPS from Wadsworth, Ohio. Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number.
Do you have time to cancel or change your order? We understand that mistakes happen, which is why we provide a 12 hour window of opportunity to cancel your order. Please keep in mind that your order will not begin the process of being shipped until that 12 hour window of opportunity has passed. Email Brooke at Contact@plethosglobal.com within that 12 hour window and you will receive a full refund.

I placed an order for some sweet disciplemaking resources, what should I expect?
First of all, thank you for your order. You should receive a confirmation/receipt email immediately following your online purchase. At this point you can sit back and relax as our team will take it from here. You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days.
I signed up for the virtual huddle but haven’t received the kit, should I be concerned?
Hopefully you are receiving our communications so you might want to check your spam folder. The kits ship two weeks before the start of the Huddle so you’re probably good to go but if you’d like to verify the exact ship date of the kit please reach out to contact@plethosglobal.com.
